HOA Police follows the everyday lives of two hard-working members of a Home Owners Association code enforcement team as they make sure the trash bins are taken promptly off the street and issue tickets to residents with overgrown weeds in front yards.

In 2010-2011 we submitted the original HOA Police: Suburban Defenders as part of the IFP Phoenix Beat-the-Clock 48 Hour Film Challenge. This short film was nominated for Best Editing and Best Ensemble Acting. In the end we won a Best Film award for the 2010-2011 Film Challenge at the Phoenix Film Festival.
